Same-day means the document is authenticated that business day rather than sitting in a queue. It depends on two things: the document already being in certifiable form, and arriving early enough in the day.
If we still need to notarize it, that can usually happen in the same visit. If we need to order a certified copy from a county first, that stage sets the timeline instead.
