The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA or MOFAIC) requires that all foreign documents submitted for use in the UAE be authenticated by the local UAE embassy/consulate and then legalized by MOFA. Once your documents are in the UAE, MOFA charges a legalization fee that must be paid online before you can receive the final attestation.
