DMV Driving Record Request (INF 1125) – Physical Mailing Request Only
This service only includes the physical mailing request of your California DMV driving record using Form INF 1125. This service does not include apostille processing, notarization, certified translations, or authentication through the California Secretary of State.

We assist with preparing and physically mailing your DMV Driving Record Request (INF 1125) to the California Department of Motor Vehicles on your behalf. What This Service Includes
- INF 1125 Form Preparation
